Investor Relations policy 

A key element of LM Glasfiber’s strategy for market leadership and global growth is our planned stock exchange listing.

However, we believe that LM Glasfiber’s current ownership structure also presents some obvious opportunities for further global expansion in step with the anticipated strong growth in the wind energy market. We have therefore decided, until further notice, to devote all management resources to this expansion and to strengthening our market position further. 

From August 2005, LM Glasfiber Holding A/S will be presenting financial statements on an annual basis in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act, but will continue to adhere to the IFRS standards. 

We will also continue to arrange regular one-on-one meetings with interested investors and equity analysts and will continue to take part in conferences and other events at which the wind turbine industry and the capital markets meet. 

We will increase our information flow and investor relations activities well ahead of an IPO.
